Wow, everythings been happening so fast, I didn't think my mom would be so quick to decide to take in another dog. So yea, now we have two dogs; Jake the chihuahua & Pepper the part black lab.
Pepper was abondoned, along with her twin Duchess, a chihuahua & two cats, in a house near one of my mom's friends. They were severely emaciated when she found them and took in the two labs. She gave one to her daughter and the other to her son who had to give it back when his girlfriend got pregnant. But she's allergic so we're keeping her. It's not yet permanent but we're pretty sure there's no need to give her to anyone else.
For a big dog she's actually pretty quiet and well mannered. She's really sweet too. I hope she adjusts to us alright. ^^
